Once found myself in a body that was shutting down — chronic stress, imbalance, and unhealthy patterns had taken over, even though on the outside, life looked successful. Losing everything became my awakening. It led me to the ancient wisdom of herbs, fasting, and energetic practices that restored balance from within.

Through years of study and personal transformation, I rebuilt my body and spirit and dedicated my life to helping others do the same. I became certified in Kundalini Yoga, trained in Human Energetics, and spent time in the Amazon learning traditional ways of connecting with nature through prayer and intention.

Today, I share this work through my apothecary, wellness products, and one-on-one sessions designed to help you realign with your highest vitality and purpose.
