Start your morning with one tablespoon of Belly Balance on an empty stomach.

Here’s how to prepare it:
Hot water to the bottom.
One tablespoon of Belly Balance.
Whisk it up like an egg — stir well until smooth!

Add 1 tablespoon to water, your favorite juice, smoothie, tea, or even food. For best results, take at least one scoop daily, with the option to take up to three scoops per day if desired.

Take a pea-sized amount at any time of day, according to your preference. May be taken with food.
